Front-End Developer
Job Responsibilities:
- The position involves hands-on production work, translating design concepts into HTML5 and localize rich media deliverables in different languages, integration of server-side tags and content acquisition
- Extensive CSS3 experience with demonstrable knowledge of the following
- SASS
- CSS Layouts
- CSS3 based animation
- Advanced CSS based graphical effects and filters
- Adapt and produce a variety of design layouts ranging from websites to e-marketing campaigns and brand identities
- Carryout different digital projects simultaneously and should be able to release product within the time limit
- Quality assurance for graphics, code (both in projects and productions) – especially with respect to browser compatibility
- Review work from supporting team members to ensure quality execution
- Study and apply latest technology and design trends; suggest approaches to improve project and team outcomes
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor/Master’s degree in relevant discipline
- 4 years of client-facing web development experience with a strong portfolio
- Solid understanding of design principles, user-interface and user-experience
- Expert knowledge in HTML5, CSS3, SASS and Adobe Creative Suite
- Must be familiar with the following JavaScript frameworks:
- jQuery
- GSAP
- AngularJS
- Strong portfolio demonstration with CSS3 animation for banners/websites
- Fair understanding of PHP/MySQL
- Experienced in creating responsive websites, both with and without a framework
- Work experience in WordPress and Acquia Drupal is an added advantage
- Familiar with the modern workflow:
- GruntJS or GulpJS
- Bower
- GIT
- Resourceful, with excellent trouble shooting and problem solving skills
- Willingness to acquire new skills
- Excellent communication and planning skills
- Must be able to work in different shifts
